As a Northwest Arkansas wedding planner, I’ve had the joy of working at many stunning venues across the region. So when I say The Grand at Willow Springs stands in a class of its own, I mean it. This timeless, French-inspired estate pairs Southern hospitality with elevated luxury, offering couples a space that feels both grand and inviting.
Whether you’re envisioning a classic black-tie affair or a refined countryside celebration, this gorgeous Arkansas wedding venue that adapts beautifully to any wedding vision.

The flexibility of this space is unmatched. I’ve planned both intimate weddings with under 100 guests and large-scale celebrations of 350+, and each felt perfectly suited to the venue. The white, open-concept design serves as a blank canvas, allowing every event to take on its own personality.
The suites here are worth noting on their own. The bridal suite is one of the most stunning in the region (so much natural light!), while the groom’s suite includes a wet bar, TVs, and even a pool table. Add in countless photo opportunities, from the grand staircase to the outdoor courtyards, and you have a venue that truly considers every detail of the wedding day experience.
Set on 40 acres of rolling hills and open sky, The Grand at Willow Springs offers a French-inspired estate setting that feels both timeless and adaptable. Its architecture makes every space photograph beautifully, whether you’re saying “I do” in the chapel, dancing in the reception hall, or toasting in the courtyard.

Perfect for light-filled ceremonies, the chapel at The Grand at Willow Springs embodies that “blank canvas” elegance couples love. Its all-white interior creates a clean, sophisticated setting that complements any color palette or floral design. The large window behind the altar floods the space with soft natural light, making for incredible wedding ceremony photos.

The reception hall continues the venue’s signature look with crisp white walls and vaulted ceilings. It features a stunning two-way staircase that’s perfect for dramatic entrances (or even a ceremony setup!). The open floor plan allows for flexible layouts, and the hall’s natural acoustics make it ideal for live music, toasts, and lively receptions that flow into the night.

Just beyond the reception hall, the courtyard offers a lovely extension of the venue. This space is perfect for cocktail hours, lounge areas, or open-air ceremonies beneath the Arkansas sky. Its proximity to the main hall creates a natural flow between indoors and outdoors, giving guests plenty of room to relax and celebrate.
For couples planning a wedding at The Grand, I typically recommend an overall budget starting around $50,000 for 150 guests, with approximately $10,000 allocated to the venue rental before adding in photography, catering, florals, and other key elements.
The venue rental includes access to the Grand Hall, Porch, Bridal Suite, Groom’s Room, Prep Kitchen, sound system, and basic tables and chairs. The chapel is available as an optional add-on, which is ideal for couples who want a traditional ceremony space to complement their reception.
One of the best features of this venue (and sometimes the most intimidating for couples!) is that it’s a true blank canvas. Its size, scale, and crisp white palette can feel overwhelming at first, but that’s where professional design and planning make all the difference.
My advice? Go big with florals and lighting. Statement pieces like a ceiling installation, custom dance floor, or elegant draping can help bring intimacy and dimension to the space. With thoughtful design, The Grand transforms from a pristine white canvas into a deeply personal and visually stunning celebration.

No two weddings I’ve planned at The Grand have ever looked the same — and that’s part of what I love about it. Some couples opt for the chapel, while others exchange vows under the open sky surrounded by the Ozark landscape.
Colors, linens, and layout choices make each event feel entirely unique. I always encourage my couples not to focus on what’s “right,” but on what feels authentic to them. The Grand’s versatility gives you permission to create a wedding day that truly reflects who you are.
One design concept I would love to bring to life here is French Toile Romance — a delicate, airy take on European-inspired elegance. Think dusty blue, cream, antique rose, and soft gold tones layered with French toile accents and vintage textures.
I envision an ethereal floral and greenery swag across the chapel’s altar window, X-back wooden chairs for a hint of French countryside charm, and mismatched blue glass goblets on the tables. Guests would enjoy a crepe station (yum!), French-style desserts, and dance beneath a custom monogrammed floor while a live band plays into the night. It would be an absolute dream pairing for the architecture and ambiance of The Grand!
Conveniently located just over 10 miles west of I-49 in Fayetteville, the venue sits north of Prairie Grove, surrounded by 40 acres of scenic countryside. Despite its tranquil setting, it’s easily accessible to local hotels, restaurants, and transportation options, including Uber, Lyft, and private shuttles.

This venue is a perfect match for couples with classic taste who value an elevated design and European-inspired details. It’s ideal for those planning a more formal or black-tie celebration, but its flexible layout and natural light also make it a beautiful setting for soft, romantic weddings.
